This includes over 7,000 Collect+ stores and 10,500 Post Office branches.After you enter your postcode at the checkout and put in a selection for click and collect, you’ll receive an email or text when the order is ready. The service is free of charge!

How do I return my Very order?

To return an item, simply choose Collect Plus for orders under 10KG or Royal Mail for weighty items. You will be contacted to arrange a home collection. You can schedule a courier pickup by logging into your account to select your preferred date and time.

Can I apply a Very discount code after I’ve placed an order?
